Where Future Talent Meets Real-World Momentum

Norwich, UK- BizClik, the global digital media powerhouse behind leading B2B content and events, today announces the launch of the Future Workforce Internship Programme, a hands-on, part-time internship built to ignite the next generation of creative, technical and strategic talent.

Forget coffee runs and generic tasks. This internship is designed for those ready to contribute from day one, students, early-career starters, and self-starters who want real experience, real responsibility and real momentum.

The Programme

Working 20 hours per week, interns will embed themselves in core BizClik teams, gaining exposure to global media operations, marketing strategy, digital storytelling, AI tools, and more.

Interns can apply to specialise in one of the following tracks:

Design – Bring campaigns to life with bold visuals and brand storytelling

  • Video – Shoot, edit and produce everything from social shorts to long-form features

  • Technology – Work hands-on with AI tools, automation, and BizClik’s digital products

  • Marketing – Craft campaigns, analyse trends, and amplify global reach

  • Data – Dive deep into metrics, dashboards, and insight-driven decisions

  • Content – Write, research, and shape editorial across BizClik’s world-class media brands

What Interns Can Expect

  • Real experience – No admin shadowing. Interns contribute to live briefs and high-impact work.

  • Mentorship – Close collaboration with leaders who are invested in growth and development.

  • A platform – Interns bring their own ideas, creativity and initiative — and we make space for it.

  • Flexibility – 20-hour work weeks that fit around studies or other commitments.

  • A launchpad – Many interns stay on. Others go global. All leave better equipped for the future.
