What will my responsibilities be?

  • Work closely with the CEO and Management team to provide first-class support

  • Devise and maintain office systems, including CRM system and filing

  • Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation.

  • Take notes and dictation at meetings

  • Screen phone calls, enquiries, and requests

  • Organise and maintain CEO’s diary

  • Make appointments for the CEO

  • Carry out background research and present findings

  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

  • Organise and attend meetings and ensure the CEO is well prepared

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff

  • Produce and edit content on Social Media platforms

What skills do I need to have?

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent Microsoft skills

  • Excellent CRM system skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Good orgainisational and time management skills

  • Ability to research, digest, analyse and present clearly

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Honesty and reliable

  • Good attention to detail

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Discreet

  • Knowledge of Media and Digital
