BizClik Media is looking for a Content Strategy Editor to support the expansion and success of our LIVE events, Award programmes, Top 100 supplements, and the creation of corporate communications. 


As our product offering in this area continues to grow, BizClik is looking for a Content Strategy Editor to support the creation of daily web articles, event reviews, Top 100 supplements, and corporate communications for new product launches. 


Other elements of the role

The Content Strategy Editor will also be involved in researching and analysing the industry’s leading companies, women, and men, shaping the future. 


As well as being directly involved with aspects of agenda development, researching companies and executives that are part of our Target Account List (TAL), and building rapport with the communications department of these enterprise accounts to develop long-lasting relationships. 


How does the day to day look?


Events and awards:

  • Daily web content for events and awards – promotions and post-event write ups
  • Event and award reviews for the magazines
  • Attending in-person LIVE events and awards throughout the year
  • Event and award promotion strategy planning


Top 100 supplements:

  • Creation of the Top 100 supplements – list generation, copywriting, and image sourcing
  • Daily web content for Top 100s – promotions and post-live writeups


Corporate communications 

  • Daily web content to promote new products, advertising campaigns, and/or announcements from BizClik Media and/or the Portfolios
  • Creation of corporate website information, and product/service descriptions



  • Supporting the Editorial Team as and when required with daily web content, Top 10s, and any other ad hoc tasks
  • Supporting with the approval and list generation of weekly Top 10s


Research and Customer Outreach

  • Monitor core client activity including award nominations, job moves, and promotions to support in accurately ranking listings
  • Conduct thorough research on relevant topics for our events, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Work closely with teams across the business to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance research and outreach efforts


Key Skills

  • A talented writer with an understanding of how to serve an audience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Marketing and events experience
  • Knowledge of the digital media industry and emerging trends
  • Prepare and present information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner 
  • Ability to conduct thorough research, analyse data, and prepare reports based on findings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Flexible and adaptable to change


Desirable experience

  • A degree in journalism, marketing or similar
  • 12 months experience in a related position or body of freelance work
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in using project management tools 
  • Comfortable in speaking with high level industry professionals 
  • Full UK driving licence is preferable
  • Strong critical thinking skills

Working Days – Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Fridays 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Hybrid working pattern available – Tuesday / Thursday home working
