What's the role?

We are looking for Lead Generation Representatives (also known as Service Development Representatives on the job market) to support our fantastic sales growth. Lead Generation representatives are the initiation of the sales process validating potential contacts and connections, scheduling in appointments for the sales team and setting up mailers, re-do schedules and advertisers.

Key performance indicators are as follows:

  • Make sure all sales representatives have a minimum of 20 + appointments per week booked into their diary
  • Set up all re-dos - 6 months from date of live
  • Set up all advertisers - 4 months from date of live
  • Add weekly Top 10s to sector Framework
  • Add Top 100s to sector framework
  • Add weekly clusters to sector Framework
  • Add 1 Event per Industry to the sector framework per week and work
  • Add 1 Association to the Sector Framework per week and work
  • Monthly Google alerts check - relevant and up to date
  • Keep competitor list up to date on a monthly basis
  • Update Salesforce every Friday for the following week
  • Follow the 4 week training plan - continuously

Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
