Training and Development Manager

The Training and Development Manager role is in place to manage the full Learning and Development lifecycle of BizClik Media (design, proposal, implementation facilitation, management and evaluation) and support the recruitment of talent in the business. The objective of the role is to attract and attain talent, improve employee alignment, time to competency, progression paths and people development.

Role accountabilities:

  • Develop a franchised training infrastructure for all roles and skill sets across the business (core roles, specialist, senior management and executive team)
  • Propose, implement and maintain a integrated training system infrastructure for the business
  • Support with screening and shortlisting CVs
  • Support with job simulation tasks to improve assessment of candidates during the recruitment process
  • Attend interviews as and when required
  • Conduct company inductions.
  • Produce regular reports on training data and KPIs around competence
  • Deliver training programmes for the Group (in coordination with the relevant management teams to improve specific departments and KPI’s.) ensuring all mandatory and legislative requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement evaluation techniques to assess success or improvements of training delivered.
  • Work and liaise with the Director of People and Culture to develop training content around People management, Policy compliance and company culture & values, mission and vision.
  • Career development training - driven from trends identified through personal development plans
  • Be aware of and have a duty to comply with the company’s Health & Safety rules and procedures. Bring to the attention of Line Manager any health and safety issues.

Sales Development

  • Develop training content around sales processes, improving average performance on revenue, improving industry knowledge and techniques training.
  • Support and coordinate 6 week sales training content for all new sales starters
  • Develop innovative training programmes for the Group in line with the specific departments and KPI’s.

  • Ensure that templates, e-mails and scripts are updated and are universal across the Group.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

  • Keep up to date with training innovation and development to utilise to enhance the practises of BizClik Media
  • Monitor and maintain strategies for the development of the training programmes and make recommendations on new approaches.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
