TECH LIVE LONDON Day One Review

London, Thursday 23rd June 2022 - Day one of TECH LIVE LONDON has concluded after a successful day of networking, talks, and insight at Tobacco Dock in London.

After thousands of in-person and virtual sign-ups, BMG’s fourth event of the year has seen a full house for several compelling talks, and a bustling networking area.

A brilliant line-up of speakers have delivered fascinating presentations on the future of Technology & AI, Cloud & 5G, Cyber and March8 across four stages and two virtual stages.

The Technology & AI stage welcomed Inderpal Bhandari, Global Chief Data Officer at IBM, Aaron Celaya, 364th Recruiting Squadron Commander at United States Space Force and Geraint John, VP Interos Resilience Labs at Interos, among many other brilliant speakers.

Our Cloud & 5G and Cyber stages also captivated our attendees all day. Speakers such as Kamran Khan, Customer & Employee Experience GtM Consultant at Freelance, Andrzej Kawalec, Head of Cybersecurity at Vodafone Business and Nitu Kaushal, Managing Director at Accenture, were on hand to deliver fascinating talks throughout.

The March8 stage welcomed female leaders including Alice Williams, Vice President of Strategy at Schneider Electric UK & Ireland, Nina Jane Patel, Co-Founder & Head of Metaverse Research at Kabuni and Fannie Delavelle, Europe Manager at Bpifrance-EuroQuity at BPI France.

Meanwhile, our digital stages were joined by Edwige Robinson, Senior Vice President at T-Mobile, Nayaki Nayyer, President at Avanti and Domhnaill Hernon, Director of Innovation and Creativity at EY, among many others.

On top of the speakers, our attendees have also enjoyed a host of co-working areas, countless networking opportunities, Red Bull & Oracle’s Formula 1 simulator, Nottinghamshire County Council’s robot dogs, arcade games, facial recognition robots and a whole selection of food and drink - plus a drinks reception at the end of the day.
