Key Responsibilities:
The Campaign Partner Executive- Webinars and Podcasts is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of BizClik’s internal webinar and podcast campaigns, ensuring they are produced to a high standard, delivered on time and aligned to commercial and audience objectives. This role sits within the Campaign Partner team and works closely with sales, editorial and marketing to deliver engaging, high-quality content experiences for partners and internal stakeholders.
Webinar and Podcast Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of internal webinars and podcasts, from planning through to live delivery and post-campaign follow-up
- Coordinate schedules, speakers, internal stakeholders and production teams
- Ensure webinars and podcasts are delivered on time, to brief and to a high production standard
Campaign and Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders involved in webinars and podcasts
- Work closely with Campaign Partners, Sales and Editorial teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives
- Manage timelines, run sheets, agendas and campaign trackers
Production and Operations
- Liaise with video, audio and production teams to coordinate recording, editing and publishing
- Support live webinar delivery, including tech checks, speaker prep and live moderation support where required
- Ensure all assets are correctly stored, named and shared post-production
Content and Quality Control
- Ensure all webinar and podcast content aligns with BizClik brand standards and tone of voice
- Review outlines, scripts and speaker briefs to ensure clarity and consistency
- Support the repurposing of content into clips, highlights and on-demand assets
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Track delivery milestones and campaign performance metrics
- Gather feedback from internal teams to continuously improve webinar and podcast delivery
- Support reporting on content output and engagement where required

- Internal stakeholders feel supported, informed and confident throughout delivery
- Campaign content is professional, engaging and aligned to commercial goals

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in content, campaigns, events, media or digital production
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting webinars, podcasts or live digital events
- Familiarity with webinar platforms, recording tools or podcast workflows
- Experience in B2B media, events or digital publishing

Monday - Thursday 8.30-5.30, Fridays 8:30-4:30
20 days paid holiday
