At BizClik, we believe that apprentices are the future, we have two recent apprentices in our marketing team, one of whom passed yesterday!

India, the Marketing & Partnerships Manager for our AI, Cyber, and Mining brands, undertook a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with The Chartered Institute for IT.

The apprenticeship lasted 18 months and as well as the apprenticeship qualification, India came out with the following qualifications:

• BCS Level 3 Award in Principles of Coding
• BCS Level 3 Certificate in Marketing Principles
• BCS Level 3 Certificate in Digital Marketing Business Principles

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, India commented 'I've learned a lot during my apprenticeship and the skills I've gained have helped me in many areas of my role as a Marketing Manager"

Outside of work, India has a passion for photography and even has her own photography account on Instagram.

In 2021, India photographed our Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE event and the photos were well received by attendees, speakers, and sponsors. 

Our second apprentice, Kayleigh, the Marketing & Partnerships Manager for EV Magazine and Supply Chain Digital, undertook a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with City & Guilds.

The apprenticeship lasted 24 months and covered:

• Principles of Online and Offline Marketing (Level 3)
• Digital Marketing Business Principles (Level 3)
• Principles Of Coding (Level 3)

Kayleigh commenced the apprenticeship in October of 2019 therefore her apprenticeship was severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, she had to learn the remaining components and complete all of her projects remotely as well as picking up the work of her furloughed colleagues. 

Upon completing the apprenticeship, she commented “The last two years have been challenging, but I am glad to come out the other side with a qualification and lots of industry knowledge” 

Just a year after passing the apprenticeship, Kayleigh was named as a finalist for the Digital Women Awards and named a Young Digital Woman To Watch.
