Sustainability LIVE Preview
• Jack Goddard • Feb 21, 2022

Sustainability LIVE, BizClik Media Group’s first live event of 2022, will begin this week following months of anticipation.

The two-day hybrid event will kick off on Wednesday, February 23rd, and conclude at the end of Thursday, February 24th. Thousands of attendees are expected, both in-person and online via the digital event platform Brella.

With a focus on creating actionable change and real-world partnerships, the world’s largest companies will come together at Sustainability LIVE to showcase their environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategies.

There will be more than 60 speakers spread over four stages - two in-person, and two digital. All attendees will be able to watch any of the four stages, regardless of whether they are an in-person or virtual guest.

The line-up of speakers includes Sheri Hinish from IBM, Andrea Vena from European Space Agency, Benn Godfrey from Rolls Royce, Linda Freiner from Zurich Insurance Group, John McNiff from SAP, and many, many more.

Each days’ programme will start at 10am with an introductory talk, followed by speakers and panels on each stage throughout the day. Lunch is provided, and, while the lunch break will provide plenty of socialising opportunities, networking breaks are also scheduled regularly during the event.

And of course, this will all take place at the historic Tobacco Dock, situated in the heart of East London. Built more than 200 years ago as a hub for cargo from across the world, the Grade 1 listed building has long played host to groundbreaking events, conferences and exhibitions. Soon, it will also be packed full of people ready and willing to discuss sustainable business measures.

Last but not least, the whole event is entirely carbon neutral - BMG has partnered with Climate Partner to offset 50,000 kilograms of carbon dioxide emissions and ensure the forum will be sustainable in name and nature.

Glen White, CEO of BizClik Media Group, says: “Never before has the focus been more on effective ESG strategies; combining net zero, diversity and inclusion, sustainable supply chains, clean energy, circular economies and ethical investing - the world cannot wait another second.

“Sustainability LIVE will allow insights, conversation and networking about the sustainability strategies of the world’s biggest companies.”
